This new feature, now available on the TomTom GO 730 and 930, lets you prepare for motorway exits and junctions by showing you which lane you should be in.
For some exits and junctions, a still image shows the turning and the lane you should take.

For other exits and junctions, the lane you should take is shown in the Status bar.

What this all adds up to is added security and confidence when you’re in an unfamiliar and/or congested area. I mean, how many times have you been stuck in/missed completely that “Exit Only” lane. Who doesn’t hate/really dislike that?

Can anyone help?, I have a TT920T which I Imediatley upgraded the firmware and Maps to give IQ Routes and lane guidance through the official Tom Tom route, the problem is i cannot get the static images to show although i get the lower arrows for direction , i have ran the demo on several routes i would have expected it to come on but to no avail, Lane guidance is turned on and so is the show in preferences , i have tried it in 3D & 2 D models can anyone suggest where i can plan a route to that should show this in operation via the demo test, or am i missing something? I have read on one forum that it works on less than 10% of junctions and have tried incorporating Birmingham where i would expect it to show , Any ideas please Alan
I am interested in the Iphone
