TomTom and Target have teamed up to embark on a new road – the race track of the Target Chip Ganassi Racing and Earnhardt Ganassi Racing Teams! Today, TomTom formally announces its associate partnership with the Target Chip Ganassi Racing and Earnhardt Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates team for both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and IndyCar Series 2009 race seasons.
This Sunday, May 31st, you will be able to see the TomTom-green colored race car on the No. 10 Honda Dallara for the IndyCar Series race at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. TomTom and Target will take on the track with Dario Franchitti, the 2007 Indianapolis 500 winner and IndyCar series champion, behind the wheel.
Not to worry, this won’t be the last time you see the TomTom car! The TomTom paint scheme cars will again be featured on the No. 1 Chevrolet car for NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races in Pocono, Pennsylvania on June 7 and in Loudon, New Hampshire on June 28. Let’s hope TomTom and Target can help the team navigate to victory!
