New EasyPort™ mount for TomTom GO GPS

EasyPort Mount for TomTom GO GPS

Last year, we introduced the fold & go EasyPort™ mount on the TomTom ONE 130 and XL 330 lines of GPS products. It proved to be so popular and convenient, it won awards. TomTom owners now had a convenient way of taking their device AND mount with them without a bulky mess.

However, TomTom GO owners said, “Hey! We want that!”

Thanks for speaking up because today we are proud to introduce the EasyPort™ mount for GO products.

Compatible with:

  • TomTom GO 720
  • TomTom GO 920/T
  • TomTom GO 630
  • TomTom GO 730/T
  • TomTom GO 930/T

It comes with an additional USB car charger so you don’t have to drag that cord from car-to-car.

Unlike previous mounting solutions, EasyPort™ mounts fold into compact discs that make the device and mount easily pocketable. The simple dial-turning action ensures a solid suction on your windshield or dashboard disc. It’s even compatible with a number of dashboard friction mounts.

i’ve seen the easyport with the slim 330xls and it is quite handy. the lack of memory expansion held me back and instead i bought the one xls which has an sd slot. it would be great however to have an easyport compatible with my one xls.

How much the easyport & does it match the 730

This EasyPort mount should come by default on newer GO models instead of the default mount. I used to have a One 130S and I was sad to see that the better, more expensive models do not come with it.

I do not see the GO 740 LIVE listed as a supported unit for this Easyport Mount for TomTom GO. Why?

Ashley 12.09.09 at 4:26 pm

The GO 740 LIVE comes with a mount that is unique to the device. It does in fact, have a similar locking mechanism as the Easyport - however, you charge the GO 740 LIVE through the mount, rather than the actual device.
