OK. Finally. Everyone is back safely and soundly from Las Vegas. CES is over and a great time was had by all.

The booth
As for new products, TomTom unveiled some exciting new accessories including our FM Transmitter for playing your TomTom audio (route instructions, mp3, phone calls, text messages) through your car’s stereo, also an alternative mount for the TomTom ONE and a deluxe leather case for the TomTom ONE and GO line.

Our RIDER-branded Suzuki
Perhaps our biggest splash was made by TomTom’s partnership with Fujitsu on the Eclipse AVN 2210p. The in-dash unit features TomTom nav devices and integrates seamlessly with an installed stereo system. It also pops out for fully-functional walking-around duty. It even has a direct iPod input. The EclipseAVN2210p is the world’s first portable navigation device which can be embedded into vehicles through the dashboard or the radio. The unit was given a CES Innovator 2007 award and the Popular Mechanics Editor’s Choice.
TomTom ONE also walked away (not literally of course, TomToms don’t have legs… yet) with a CES Innovator award.

Action in the booth
So, that’s all from Las Vegas. For those who were there, need we remind you about that whole “what happens there” agreement? For those who weren’t, we missed you! Maybe next year.
