Now you get to choose the voice that will read your navigation instructions. If you want your TomTom to announce street names in addition to directions and distance, choose a “Computer” Voice…

Now, ONE XL•S will ask you just what things it should announce to you. If you want street names, just tap the box…

Here at Club TomTom, we talk a lot about RDS-TMC, Bluetooth, Text-to-speech, and lots of complicated, high-tech features. But so many people are just jumping into the PND game and all that can be a little intimidating.
